PageGroup Crowned 2015 Recruitment Agency of the Year at Human Resources Asia Recruitment Awards Hong Kong

HONG KONG, Friday 26th June 2015: PageGroup was crowned the 2015 Recruitment Agency of the Year Hong Kong and won the Best Career Website Gold award at the prestigious 2015 Human Resources Asia Recruitment Awards in Hong Kong last evening. Topping the night, the organisation was also awarded the Grand Winner – Asia Recruitment Agency award.

Having been conferred the three titles above other finalists within the industry, PageGroup was given recognition for its excellent achievements in delivering quality, specialism and expertise to both its strong network of clients and extensive pool of candidates in Hong Kong.

This can be seen through its efforts in strongly establishing its core offering and services across all disciplines through its three brands – Page Executive, Michael Page and Page Personnel – allowing the group to tailor various approaches to different levels of professionals. In addition, the group’s premium leadership position is reinforced through the strong collaborations forged with industry partners, clients and candidates. In 2014, the Hong Kong office successfully placed over 2,000 professionals into permanent employment and over 330 professionals in temporary roles. This is the equivalent of placing six professionals every day.

Talent too, is prided as one of the key pillars of the business, and the organisation was applauded for its efforts in attracting, developing and retaining staff through its comprehensive set of training and team bonding activities, its approach to maintaining an open office culture, as well as creatively utilising digital platforms to attract new talent. PageGroup has always been a strong advocate towards nurturing and growing the team organically and over the last 18 months, 54 staff in the Hong Kong office has been promoted.

In addition, its user-centric and innovative efforts towards developing its new website and other digital platforms in Hong Kong were also commended. The new website has attracted over 280,000 employers and jobseekers, with 78,000 jobseekers subscribed to its value-added job-alert service, MyPage.
