The team is responsible for driving digital transformation, intelligent automation and innovation. The group engages and collaborates with Operations, Investment, Finance and Technology to identify, design, architect and deliver solutions to business teams. Once automated, the team is responsible for the ongoing support and optimisation of the digital workforce.
The role involves leading project teams for large-scale initiatives, defining project scope, coordinating schedules, and addressing technical issues while monitoring project phases. Additionally, it requires preparing proposal documents, leveraging a solid technical background in software development and web technologies, and ensuring that the deployed projects meet quality standards and timelines within the SDLC framework.
Responsible for oversees global IT department of the group and manage the Group IT Level IT functions (Software/ Systems development, implementation, data migration, system architecture, network infrastructure and Cyber security);
